The hotel is beautiful. I loved our room. The hotel is pretty close to downtown like 4 minutes walking but at the same time is located in a quiet area away from the noise and the crowds. Rafa, Carlos and Hugo are very nice. The service is great, Rafa was always making sure we were confortable and relax. They even wash our car before we left. We are coming back for sure, I can tell that this is the best hotel in Tequisquiapan.

We loved the pool, and all the places around the hotel to sit in comfy chairs. The dinner we enjoyed with our family in the private cellar was superb. We speak a little Spanish and the staff were great helping with explanations and patience.

I stayed here for my friends wedding, I saw their hotels and this hotel is the most beautiful in the area. Clean, great heated pool, large rooms, family friendly and impeccable service. Also handicap accessible as they have a handicap elevator.

The service provided to us was excellent and accommodating, the staff just went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and what they didn’t have they went out of their way to go get it for us. Excellent service!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I literally felt like a movie star because of the attention and care the staff provided. This is a "once-in-a-lifetime" property that, quite honestly, I would like to keep a secret!
